Fr = Rated capacity of the blower only
Fo = Rated output of the system
Due to losses in the system the rated system output is much less than the rated blower output. System losses come from restrictions in the tube, bends in the ducting, and friction due to the use of corrugated ducting, and other parasitic losses. So using the graph, a blower that is rated for 250 CuFt/min may only be putting out 70 CuFt/min at the exhaust outlet when the entire system is installed.
